We ordered some garden furniture via their Amazon sellers page. The goods arrived quite quickly but were very poor quality and definitely would not pass UK BS quality control. We raised the issue with them and got ignored for weeks. Eventually, through Amazon, agreed to pay for and return the items. Had proof of delivery and they still denied receipt.
Got the refund eventually through Amazon. I will never buy from this company again. DO NOT TRUST THEM
