After purchasing a sofa bed through The Range, I needed to return it due to it being unsafe. M H STAR were absolutely brilliant; they gave me specific instructions about what I needed to do. I had to repackage it, take photos and email them. They arranged for a courier to collect, 20 minutes after it was collected, I rang them and a refund was organised which I received the next day. Throughout this, I was contacted regularly by email to ensure that I was happy about the arrangements. Excellent service and customer care throughout, thank you!
