Bought an AC unit for £200 and paid extra for next day delivery with ample time to arrive before the heatwave. 3 days later inquired where the item was with very slow response time from seller. On the 5th day seller offered to send a replacement which I accepted. Heard nothing from them until I contacted the next day to find out status of the replacement. Seller said item out of stock and immediately issued a refund - the same item they have now relisted at £350. Disgusting and terrible customer service. Stuck in the heatwave without an AC unit and wasted my time
