I ordered a gazebo on the 10th of July should have been delivered within 7 days it didn’t arrive. Over the next 5 days I made about 12 calls to b&q to find out what had happened to my order, they got no response from mh star for 4 days only to be told my order has gone missing in there depot. I’ve cancelled my order for the way I’ve been treated and a complete waste of my time. I’m still waiting for my refund 25/7/2022 . Thanks to b/q Shrewsbury for finding out what happened to my order.
