the worst customer service i have experienced. The item did not arrive. we had to print out and fill in a 'disclaimer ' form and return it to them so they could investigate with their courier who btw WILL NOT be able to produce proof of delivery because we haven't received our item!!!!! ...they are not contactable by phone so will drag this out forever and we want our £130 BACK
