These people are jokers.
I purchased a portable air conditioner from them a year ago and only used it a few times, it's still like brand new. It stopped working a few weeks ago and I contacted there website with a week to go in my guarantee. I had no response. I contacted them again and by this time they did respond but said it was out of guarantee and couldn't help me. They are terrible people please keep well clear.N Smith
