They refuse to refund unless you pay for the shed to be returned yourself, this is not in line with their own returns policy online. This of course costs a huge amount as it’s a large and heavy. You must return it in an unopened as new condition. But we opened it to ascertain it was rubbish quality. They are ignoring all our emails and messages through PayPal.
