Ordered a privacy screen which was far too heavy so had to return it. Turns out the weight and length of the product was incorrect on the amazon website so no wonder it was so heavy. The company refused to have anything to do with the return said it was my responsibility to return it and pay for it.
Couldn’t get a courier company to return it due to weight and measurements that’s when they told me ‘I was entering the wrong details’ told them that was the measurement they had on website. Ended up costing me just over £25 to return it
