Garden swing
I ordered a garden swing (3-seater) that arrived with a small hole in a canopy, some screws were too long and the rails were deformed/ damaged so did not want to join together. Tried to contact them directly via email but no response! Dispute via PayPal ended up with me having had to pay for the return postage ( over £30 !) from my pocket. The quality is very poor and customer service even worse. I would not be buying from the website ever again.
