The item has not been delivered , the delivery company has had it at their hub for the last 5 days and are now saying delivery sometime early next week. Not even a definite date given What an appalling way to conduct a business which is made worse by the fact that they have 2 contact phone numbers and have used neither and this a birthday present for my granddaughter . Maybe MH STAR UK should find a new delivery company
