I am giving it a one star because of the poor customer service. My items were shipped promptly and I wasn't able to cancel the items when I realized that they will be delivered after the date that I needed them. I have emailed the twice about returning the item. However, they have failed to respond. I have not heard from them and it has been two weeks.
