I had an issue with an order(missing a stencil)...I wrote the company and their customer service was above excellent. Quick, easy and they fulfilled my original order immediately. Such a pleasant experience. The stencils work really well....my daughter has been testing them out before her birthday party. MiHenna is a great company with excellent products and choices.
