I purchased a handbag from an MK India store, in Kolkata.
The leather started swelling and looks horrible though it has hardly been used. I went to the store after it reopened after the pandemic and they flatly refused to take any action as it has been purchased 2 years + ago. The global customer care assured that I will receive a response but none so far. A complete waste of money. Very poor product and customer service
