Michael Kors web store shipped my wife's order with UPS carrier. The order arrived to wrong address, and received by a wrong person.
I tried to write emails to web store support, providing proofs of wrong person signature and screenshots of surveillance camera, but all I've got from them was: "we are not responsible for items successfully delivered".
They didn't even try to contact and check this out with UPS.
Avoid!
