I purchased a purse from their website directly in January. Within a few months it started pulling apart. I put the purse up for several months. In August I found that my purse had a one year warranty so I reached out to them to determine how to proceed. They told me I had to ship my purse to them back at my expense and they would repair or replace my purse with a similar alternative. I shipped it back to them on August 13. August 21 I still had not heard from them so I reached out via email. They said they had not received my purse. I provided the tracking number and that they received the purse on August 19. They then said they would provide this information to another team and I needed to continue contacting them every 3-5 days for an update. That alone is frustrating since a good customer service team should be updating their customer. They continued making excuses for the delays including that they were dealing with flooding. First or second week of September they finally updated that they could not repair my purse and offered 5 alternatives. I selected the purse that was the closest match to my purse that I had sent them. They stated I needed to make a choice within 48 hours or risk my choice not being available. I selected my choice within a day. I’ve been continuing to try and get updates since that time. They have had my purse for 2 months now. I’m out the initial purse price plus the certified shipping cost to mail the purse back to them. While they have only stolen my money (that’s how I feel since they have my money and the item and blatantly lied telling me I would receive my fixed purse or a close substitute back). In the last month they have offered store credit less than the original price and shipping and I declined. They have since offered a store credit close to purse price. I have declined all store credit. I want what they originally told me which is my purse fixed or a substitute. That should not be this hard when this is what they promised when I paid to ship my purse back to them 2 months ago. Terrible business and I will not be spending my money with them in the future. This is terribly upsetting that their prices are so high yet their quality has gotten bad and their customer service is even worst. They aren’t a company that cares about their customers. Just the money they get.
