I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my mum on Michael kors global. I purchased a pair of Porter Suede Boot size 40 and a pair of Gideon Logo Tape Faux Leather Mules size 40, which Ib paid nearly $800 for. I was disappointed to receive a pair of white sneakers by DHL. I have been trying to get them to send me the correct order to no avail. They keep sending us very generic responds with no proper outcome.
You can see the shoes that I have received. This is appalling for such a big brand to do this to its customers.
