Horrible Customer Service at Woodburn, Oregon MK outlet We went to the MK outlet store in Woodburn, Oregon on April 29, 2024 at 6.30 pm, I had a HORRIBLE experience! I wanted to buy a bag strap, and I asked for a new one. The lady that helped me said that the one on the display is just the same! And I said I wanted the new one that not on the display (and this is very common that customers ask for new products that not on display. And even many times at a store they put the sign “display only” with the special price). I repeated to ask for the new one, and she also kept saying the same thing, that the one on display is just the same! After I insisted she reluctantly gave me the new one. I went to the cashier to pay, and I told the cashier that I want to give feed back..and you know what, she just directly went on “defensive mode” by saying that the one on display is just the same! And I said again that customers are king, and customers have the right to ask for the one not on display. And then she argued what if they don’t have the new one? I said then it’s a different case! She said again display is just the same, just like when you buy at grocery! Whattt? They compare MK store to a grocery store?? What a great customer service!! The customer service is so horrible, so rude and so defensive! We will not go back to that store again! To the owner of the store, please listen to all these complains here…
