I ordered two purses, but one of them arrived without a belt. When I called to explain the situation, I was travelling that day and needed the purse. The person I spoke with offered to let me keep the purchase and gave me a 10% discount. I found this response to be frustrating and unprofessional. It seemed like they were more concerned with making money than providing good customer service.
I will never purchase anything from this company again nor recommend it.
