Terrible Customer Service!
I placed an order, and the package got stuck at the post office. Eventually, the postal service lost it. I reached out to Michael Kors customer support, expecting some help, but got nothing. They told me to wait 30 days or more—is this a joke? How much longer exactly? And wait for what?
I want either my order or my money back, not vague responses and endless waiting. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Do better, Michael Kors!
