I have been a loyal Michael Kors customer for years, but my recent experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a jackt, and despite providing all the necessary details and photos, they refused to assist me in repairing or replacing the defective zipper simply because I no longer have the receipt.
As a well-known luxury brand, I expected them to have better record-keeping and customer support. Instead, they placed the entire burden on me, making the warranty process impossible to complete. If you value after-sales service and long-term customer care, I would reconsider purchasing from this brand.
I hope Michael Kors improves its policies and starts valuing loyal customers the way they should.
