I have purchased more than 15 pairs of MK Sandals over the years. The first pair to this day 15+ years ago still looks like new. The ones I’ve purchased lately are not leather on the foot part and have peeled off like crazy therefore are now garbage. Spending $100+ on a pair of shoes this is not acceptable and I will not be purchasing anymore. When I called Customer Service basically they said you had to have your receipt and must be within a year. I just wanted them to be aware of the poor product and maybe they should address it with upper management. It’s funny how they change the material but still charge the same price or more. I also have many other MK products including handbags and Watches and have been happy with them. I would not recommend their shoes not worth the cost for the material they use.
