I have ordered wallet for my wife for our Wedding anniversary. I paid £165, I recived, look like display wallet l, without proper packing, and missing strap. Contacted them straight away, they send me the label etc. I sent it back next day. After few days I check with the refund and nothing came back to me yet. I Contacted them through website chat and I've been told to wait 2 weeks time for a refund, it is a bit ridiculous already but ok, that their policy. Two weeks past. I talked to them today, and they issue the refund of £150, I paid £165. And wanted me to wait another 2-5 working days to proceed the refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever order anything from Michael Kors. Never!
