I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Michael Kors. I placed an order that was marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but I never received the package. I reached out to customer support hoping for help, but instead of investigating further or offering a solution, they simply pointed to the tracking information and said there was nothing more they could do.
Despite explaining that I had checked around my property and with neighbors, and that the package is genuinely missing, they refused to take any responsibility or offer assistance. For a brand of this caliber, I expected better customer service and a more thoughtful resolution process.
This experience has left me extremely frustrated and has made me reconsider shopping with Michael Kors in the future. Very disappointed.
