The customer service was so bad. I bought the product from MK website. Very bad quality, within warranty period. The customer service insisted me to bring to the shop which is extremely far away. After I found the policy that MK should cover the shipping cost to return the product. They did not accept shipping back and asked me to make a big cross on the bag. I did it and send the photo back and they refused to accept the photo.
I got a bad quality bag, they asked me to destroy it and refuse to compensate it. What a terrible company!!
