The quality of the products from watches to handbags have gone down tremendously. My final snapping point is the customer service. I bought 5 items and they shipped separately, which isnt abnormal. An item showed up and inside was a brown and white back pack with a happy birthday mom card inside. I immediately contacted MK via email bc it was after hours. I had one reply and responded immediately to it then nothing after that. I called monday late afternoon and explained and the man said, oh that's so weird no one got back to you (tone like he didnt believe me) this bag was intended for the wkend that past event but I didnt let that bother me, bc mistakes happen. I told him I had photos to show what arrived instead of my blue bag. He said the only thing I can do is to drop it off at a UPS store (45 mins away) then once the return is approved, a refund will be issued and a 10% discount coupon to reorder same bag whenever my refund is processed. I asked, cant you just send it out now for the item I PAID FOR and get that ball rolling. He repeated himself, like im stupid and didnt understand him. I told him that was ridiculous. They have like 4 of my CC on my account. I spend thousands a year. But not anymore! Ive been a loyal customer of MK for decades and they just dont give a rats a** at all. Im returning it and definitely not reordering. Once all my items are here, that MK account will become inactive. Im 100% done!
