Sadly I did not receive the earrings I ordered, but another pair. After contacting customer service, they advised the correct pair would be shipped ASAP. I then heard back again, that my item was now out of stock. Customer service should have been knowledgeable about current stock, as well as able to secure stock if it was available when I was told it was.
