“My granddaughter loved her jewelry. It was everything that I expected regarding the quality. My disappointment came with the shipping. Multiple failed promises as to when the items were shipped. Versus actual shipping dates. At one point I was beginning to think I had been scammed. I like the quality of MMD but will be hesitant to order or to refer others.”

“Did not receive pkg. UPSP carrier delivered it to another residence. The pkg. has not been returned to USPS post office or to the postal carrier. Not sure how to deal with this issue. USPS has not been helpful with this issue. Feel voilated and sad to not receive these purchases. Please give guidance on how to solve this issue. USPS does not honor my concern about this issue.”
