This is a great website. I have bought 2 microscopes - I for my, one for my newphews, and both were high quality, did what they said they do and arrived quickly. I haven't had any need to talk to anyone from this business, but from the careful descriptions on the website and the e-newsletters I can see they are really passionate about what they do.
