A cs supervisor said I could return an expensive crossbow that was cracked, for a full refund, he sent a shipping label and RA #, I shipped it and later the same day the CS manger called and said that they would not refund the money and when it arrives they would refuse the package and it would be sent back to where it was shipped from ???? Terrible to do someone like this!
I have bought a lot from them but never again !
