For a premium brand I would have expected more. My dishwasher had an error code & was inoperable for 3 weeks while I waited for a technician. They have 1 Technician for the whole of the South West inc The Isles of Scily & The Channel Isles! Unbelievable!
In the meantime, repair date slipped, I took out a fixed price repair contract as was told part would cost in the region of £400+. It was in fact £90!
I complained & was given a code to spend £25 on their site to restore my faith in the brand. The code was ‘invalid’ when I tried to use it. I then made another call to put in my order of x2 vacuum bags to be told I would need to pay postage! This was over 4 weeks ago & have been told they will not be dispatched until 22 Jan, almost 8 weeks! I could have ordered them from Amazon for cheaper & free delivery!
What a CS shambles. Will not be buying from Miele again due to the challenges encountered when having to deal with repairs & purchases.
I do not feel valued as a customer with this faceless organisation. They do not live up to their guiding principles. Have had no apology & don’t feel they have learnt a thing from my experience.
