Never had such a negative experience of customer service in the whole of my adult life! Miele Ireland very quick to take my money but would not be as quick in providing a service or replacement washing machine! I had to buy another as I have been without a washing machine for 3 weeks. Great difficulty in getting my money back will never ever use this brand again!
