The worst customer service experience
I have been waiting for 14 days for delivery
After few emails and promises that it will be shipped soon I called cs and was told they mistakes happen in big companies
Apparently the lady didn’t know that Miele is striving to be better in everything
She didn’t apologise
I was advised that they cannot forward calls to the manager 🙈
I requested refund
Was supposed to receive the email confirmation within few minutes
Guess what
No email nothing after 3 hours
And I have to wait up to 10 days for refund
Shambles
They have stolen my money
