We did invest in that so called famous quality of Miele (vacuum cleaner 450£) and it turned out the handles are made of a brittle and hard plastic (when it could be designed to be made of more flexible plastic rather than stiff)....then I figured out why is made that way. Miele makes those brittle so when they brake (which isever so easy ) you go back to them to ask for a new one and cough up nearly 1/4th of the vacuum cleaner price (100£ plus delivery) afterwards customer service to ignore outright my one and only email I ever sent to them. Do not bite in to the marketing is all deceiving just to get you on board with their appliance . If there has been any great quality....that's in the past now
