DO NOT BUY A COFFEE MACHINE. Expensive coffee machine - never worked properly, two service visits - did not resolve problem but engineer did two bodge jobs including reducing the descaling period to over one year, which ended with the machine failing at 2 years 1 month. Warranty had apparently ended, and refusing to fix without substantial costs. This machine was never working properly and not fit for the purposes for which it was sold. The complaints resoluction team have still not contacted me despite three calls and 'escalations' by the contact centre. Very poor service.
