Mighty Ape don't provide an actual phone number to contact someone when things go wrong. As in my order never arrived. I have been trying to get in touch with them for several weeks now. I have sent them messages via their so called "customer service centre" and all I get is a written robot response saying take the matter up with Australia Post. At present Australia Post are not taking any calls concerning lost orders as they are too flat out. I feel it should be the responsibility of Mighty Ape to follow up an order that doesn't arrive. They are hopeless with customer service. Never again.!!
