I have sent them messages via their so called "customer service centre" and all I get is a written robot response saying take the matter up with Australia Post. At present Australia Post are not taking any calls concerning lost orders as they are too flat out. I feel it should be the responsibility of Mighty Ape to follow up an order that doesn't arrive. They are hopeless with customer service. Never again.!!”
“Terrible return protocol. Have dodged giving refund in a faulty electrical product for over a week and is ongoing. I have been advised that I will have to pay for any repairs in a product that was faulty upon receiving. Could not start the product from the beginning. This is not a joke. Don’t sell faulty products then refuse to give a refund. My husband and I work hard for our money.”
