These websites are always full of complainers as that's who usually writes reviews. I, for one, love the speedy service and price match. I'm now a Primate and get free delivery. At first I thought it was expensive but just bought a price-matched office chair and got free delivery. Couldn't get better. Paid itself off straight away.
