Terrible return protocol. Have dodged giving refund in a faulty electrical product for over a week and is ongoing. I have been advised that I will have to pay for any repairs in a product that was faulty upon receiving. Could not start the product from the beginning. This is not a joke. Don’t sell faulty products then refuse to give a refund. My husband and I work hard for our money.
