We applied for a UK spouse visa and it was granted. Ed has outstanding service. He is exceptional in terms of his (1) advice (2) knowledge of the immigration arena (having previously worked for UKVI) and (3) his attentiveness. I asked a huge amount of questions and he never once failed to reassure me/get back to me in a timely manner. I felt supported throughout the process and it was smoother than I expected (as we applied during Covid). I would recommend him to anyone.
