The DIY pack was full of incredibly useful information that was hard to find anywhere else in such a coherent and easy-to-use way. My visa was approved in time with no problems, and the checklist made it easy to keep track of all the supporting documents I needed to submit. My only concern would be that the price for this service seems to have risen by quite a bit in the last few months, but ultimately I think most people will still find it worth the price.
