The package they offered was very comprehensive and tailored to the kind of application you want to apply for. It was a good reference for documents that needed to be submitted since it was more comprehensive and detailed than the list of documents listed on the government website. The template letters were beneficial since you only had to fill in details rather than compose a whole letter yourself. We initially thought that we didn’t need any help with our application, but after getting the pack, it was clear that there were things in our application that we wouldn’t even have considered and could have possibly slowed down our VISA process. The FAQ included in the package also answered many of our questions and assuaged doubts about our application being approved. It might seem an unnecessary additional cost on top of visa and NHS fees, but the peace of mind you get in knowing that the application you submitted was correct and complete (in terms of required documents) is priceless.
