My husband and I have just gone through the process of renewing his Spousal Visa after his first 2.5 years in the UK. The Government website doesn't contain anywhere near enough information to confidently make an application and not risk missing one document or some obscure detail/requirement we needed to fulfill in order for this not to be rejected. We also couldn't afford the £2K+ price tag being charged by most Solicitors and Immigration agencies to manage this process for us on top of the thousands of pounds it costs to simply make the application to the government. After completing a simple questionnaire about our circumstances and visa requirement, we were emailed a detailed guide and checklist to use for gathering everything we would need for our particular application. Our circumstances, like others out there, were not particularly straight forward which raised a few questions for us when we couldn't provide everything being asked for on the list. I wasn't sure if inquiries off the back of the DIY package would be answered or charged at an additional rate so i asked the question and mentioned where we'd hit a snag with the checklist and our circumstances. We had a wonderful caseworker called Jason on our account who was more than willing to help answer our questions and did so incredibly quickly. I cannot thank him enough for helping and easing the stress of this process. Our visa application went through successfully. I would highly recommend this package, and in particular Jason for a no fuss, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service! We will definitely use Migrate again in 2.5 years when our next visa application is due!
