I ordered a pair a Of walking trousers and the money was immeadialty take from my account. Two weeks later I chased the order. The track and trace system does not work. I was then informed that Millets had cancelled the order. But at that point had not processed a refund. They would then start the refund process which might take up to five days. Seven days later I have just contacted them again. Once again they are going to process a refund which now may take up to twenty one days. This is deplorable service. No wonder google reviews and trust pilot are lambasting the company.
