My advice ; I wouldn't even begin to contemplate ordering anything online from Millets. On 2 occasions, plenty of messages and emails over 9 days stating they are doing their best to get my order to me. Perhaps in the first instance you should not be advertising goods as available and taking payment, when clearly they are not going to materialise. I have learnt my lesson and advise others to take heed. Customer service response totally inadequate and patronising.
