If you are thinking about buying a tent from millets - think again. I paid £1100 for a Berghaus tent that was faulty, and fair enough they offered to replace it and collect the faulty one. 2 weeks later I still have no tent as lost by DHL. DHL put fictitious updates on the system and Millets won’t do anything until 72 hours after the last update so you are left in limbo. Millets customer services take no ownership, their managers are too busy to take calls from dissatisfied customers. Ultimately the customer experience here is Millets have my money and have not supplied the goods and won’t find out why. Poor never again
