They sent me the wrong item. Would not send replacement until the item they sent me has been returned. I returned via the method they gave me.. provided tracking so they could see the parcel had been sent… still no item or refund… They made the error not me it’s been a month from when my order was placed and now the refuse to send my order to me.. saying it will be a further 14days… Terrible customer service the worst I have ever experienced!
