Placed order. Items were defective. Sent them back. Got stuck in a cycle whereby they don;t read an email for 14 days, then they ask for either proof of order ot proof of the return, then another 14 days, ongoing forever.
The system is clearly designed to frustrate customers. Will never order from them again.
