Ordered X2 chairs, received only X1 in a partially opened box, which was all battered and not sealed properly. The packaging inside was just a piece of brown paper scrumpled which didn't even protect anything. We complained about this to be told we would be refunded for the chair and delivery charge. In the emails they asked for our order no. I sent a picture of the confirmation/delivery note with the details to then be told that number doesn't exist 3 times and 3 times I was called the wrong name. We were told we would receive refund for chair first then the delivery charge separately. It took 2 days for a partial refund for the chair so had to chase the rest of the refund which took another 3 days, then in between we received our refund for the delivery charge. There an absolute joke of a company. They haven't a clue what there doing. They obviously can't count or read. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever come across. Will never use them again. If there was any way we could have rated 0 stars we would have done
