I needed to buy my son a coat, walking boots and waterproofs for his DofE, expedition at very short notice due to being let down by a another stores home delivery service.
I rang the Rugby store and spoke to Katie, she was extremely helpful. She quickly put together the items I required ready for collection and was kind enough to tell me that I qualified for a 15% discount, because I was ordering for the DofE award which I wasn't aware of.
