I ordered a great tent for a festival which was part of my partners birthday present, it arrived super quickly which i was thrilled about, when we got the festival and put up the tent, unfortunately on of the zips was faulty so i emailed the Millets customer services via the Amazon App and they promptly replied and with all the details i needed and a free returns label and i now have the exchange and a new tent!
Great service, would definitely recommend and will be using again!
